Dear PS 6 Families,

Please open the following links:  letter 1 and letter 2 to read important information for the beginning of the school year.

I look forward to welcoming you and your child back to school on Tuesday, September 8, for our annual Meet and Greet, from 9:30am - 10:30am and on Wednesday, September 9 for the first day of school.

Please print out the following forms and bring them to your teacher during your Meet and Greet visit.

The After School Workshop (ASW), offers a wide range of activities for PS 6 students. All activities take place on school premises. Hours are 2:35 - 6:00 pm (open early on early-dismissal days). Workshop Description



Big Apple Youth Sports is an independent fee-based athletic program that offers sports leagues and after school activities for K-5 school children. Big Apple has been running programs at PS 6 for more than 25 years and is the longest running after school program at PS 6.

We are looking for co-chairs for the FALL FESTIVAL. This fun-filled event needs chairs for: food, raffles, kids games, crafts and the street fair.
